North America Railroad Publishing Service (NARPS) is backed by over forty (40) years of dedicated railroad service and twenty-five (25) years publishing experience in the railroad industry. NARPS provides publishing services and assistance in preparation of pricing documents, etc., and filing with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) where required. NARPS services include, but not limited to, preparation and publishing of railroad tariffs, quotes, contracts, circulars, adoption notices, etc., along with distribution of pricing information through the rail industries Rate EDI Network (REN), as well as mailing and e-mail distribution of pricing changes and updates to customers, and posting of public prices for access on NARPS’ web site (www.narps.org).
