WELCOME TO NARPS

North America Railroad Professional Services, LLC (NARPS) was founded by Grant Ozburn in 2005 when he retired after 40 years in the railroad industry, 26 years of which was with the ASLRRA.

NARPS’ has the background and experience publishing railroad tariffs, quotes, contracts. and distribution of pricing information through the rail industries Rate EDI Network (REN).

NARPS’ services include, but not limited to, providing consulting and professional assistance to existing railroads as well as new startups. NARPS’ services also include preparation and publication of railroad tariffs, quotes, contracts, circulars, adoption notices, etc., and updating of industry files maintained by Railinc as may be required.

NARPS services also include e-mail distribution of Railroad’s tariff changes and updates to customers when requested to do so.
